The African Nova Scotian Health Strategy was created to hold conversations directly with People of African Descent in Nova Scotian to hear about their experiences with the healthcare system. The purpose of the strategy is to create equitable health care, services and programs and to lower the level of health disparities. The voice of the African Nova Scotian community is crucial to the strategy and to influence changes within the health care system and beyond.
Consultations have been happening around the Province. The survey below is intended for community members to provide input into the strategy who were/are not able to attend a community consultation in person. It will only take a few minutes to complete the survey and we NEED to hear from YOU!
