A Mental Health Partnership Project of the Black Wellness Cooperative and the Health Association of African Canadians Funded by the Canadian Red Cross

This program combines yoga based movement, breath and mindfulness practices to open and relax the body, release tension, build awareness and reduce stress. This series is intended to impact overall physical and mental well-being and leave participants feeling stronger, steadier and with a deeper sense of overall calm. Classes will be 45 minutes provided through zoom and will be accessible to all levels of practitioners whether you have previous movement or yoga experience or not.
