Attach a one-page letter outlining: Your life journey, your commitment to helping others, your interest in the helping professions, and your familiarity with the mission, mandate and vision of the Health Association of African Canadians.

Evidence of participation in HAAC-related work would be considered an asset.

Recipients may be asked to attend the HAAC event to acknowledge receipt of the Scholarship.
