Setting New Paths Survey: Fostering Better Heart Health in the Preston Township

Do you live in the Preston Township and want to improve Heart Health in your community??

We are looking for volunteers to take a survey about heart health in the Preston Township and barriers to accessing heart health at the Dartmouth General Hospital.

To take the survey you must

  • Reside in the Preston Township (North Preston, East Preston, Cherrybrook, and Lake loon)
  • Be 19 years old or older
  • Identify as African, African Nova Scotian, African Canadian, Black, Biracial, Caribbean

The Setting New Paths Survey: A heart Health Survey of People of African Descent in the Preston Township, is an important survey to help overcome disparities in heart health in the African descendant communities.
